My name is Rhonelle Shallow. I'm a Senior Web Project Manager with 13+ years leading digital transformation and enterprise web operations across corporate, government, K-12 education, and international environments. I specialize in Drupal and Optimizely CMS consulting, managing migrations across 100+ sites and multiple languages, leading teams of up to 45 through Agile/Scrum delivery, and training hundreds of staff to run their platforms independently after launch. I hold a Public Trust clearance and am actively building out my federal contracting credentials, including SAM.gov registration and a Government Project Management certification.
